Primal Pastry
The concept of Pantry N.6 originated in Paleo food (pure food, as Mother Nature provides us, without industrialized products). Today, we identify with a Primal philosophy: natural ingredients, whole grains, gluten free, no refined flours and no additives. A return to what is simple - with flavor and purpose.
Easy to digest, difficult to forget
We use light and nutritious flours such as coconut, almond or oat, and natural sugars (honey, tamarind, coconut sugar, fruit). Whenever possible, we opt for raw materials of biological origin, to guarantee a purer, tastier and body-friendly product. And, for those who follow a vegan diet, we have 100% vegetable options, designed for those looking for a vegan pastry, without giving up the pleasure of eating.
Naturally gluten free, certified for celiacs
All our pastries are gluten free and APC certified. We do not use wheat in our kitchen, and there is no risk of cross-contamination. The result? Recipes that respect your body: safe, nutritious and made with care.
At the origin of Pantry N.6 is the desire to reach more people, without losing care, integrity and the flavors that are in our DNA.
It is here that everything we serve in the Pantry is born: the pastry and bakery without refinements, the granolas and nut pastes that are part of our recipes and also bulk ingredients that you can buy to use at home.

Yes. Despensa N.6 is a healthy gluten-free pastry. We make sure that all the raw materials we use do not have any gluten cross-contamination. We are a certified space by the Portuguese Association of Celiacs, so we guarantee that all our products are suitable for celiacs.
Yes, everything is produced in Despensa N.6 - pastry, bread, granola, almond drink, nut paste, etc. We only acquire the raw materials to produce our products.
The choice of our ingredients is based on the Paleo concept. Thus, we use ingredients of natural origin, excluding everything that is processed, refined, artificial or genetically modified. In addition, we also prefer nutritionally rich ingredients with a low glycemic index.
Not all raw materials are of biological origin. Of all the raw materials we use to make our products, about 50% are of biological origin.
To sweeten we use honey, tamarind, coconut sugar, maple syrup and fruit.
Since we do not use high glycemic index ingredients in our products, these are suitable for most diabetics. Even so, we indicate the composition of the product so that it is the customer who decides.
